FAQs

We’ve partnered with many businesses in London, providing all types of catering services from drop-off only to full-service with waiting staff services canapés and drinks. We understand that finding the right caterer for a corporate event it’s always a bit challenging, so we thought that these frequently asked questions might help.

 
 

How far in advance should I book you?

There’s no a fixed deadline to book us for an event, but we always recommend at least 10 days. Whenever possible we try to accommodate emergency situations, just get in touch.

 

Can I taste the food before booking?

Yes, however we always suggest to organize tastings only for larger events (ie. from 50 people) or very exclusive events. There is a small charge of £50 p.p, which we refund if you then decide to go ahead with the booking. Feel free to bring your colleagues to try our food!

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

Absolutely! We always strive to be really flexible to make dishes to suit your requirements - vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc. We’d suggest you choose the menu you want to have and we’ll come up with alternative dishes which can be substituted where necessary.

 

What are your payment terms should we wish to book?

We ask for a 50% deposit payable at the time of asking us to cater for you. We then ask for the balance just one week before your event. We accept payments by BACS only.

Your menu looks fabulous but we can customize it a bit? Can we supply our own drinks?

Of course, you can! Our menus are merely a starting point. Just tell us what you like and we’ll make it happen. As for drinks, yes and we'll also open them for you :)

 

What other services do you offer?

We are happy to supply tableware, glassware, linen, kitchen equipment, tables and chairs.
